Validates the full flow end-to-end using a test email
1. Load Active Prizes
Fetch prizes from the database
2. Pre-Spin (Pick Prize)
Call spinWheel with pre_spin=true
3. Claim Form Submission
Submit lead data & trigger email
4. Lead Created in DB
Verify lead record was saved
5. Prize Email Sent
Verify email_sent flag on SpinResult
6. Cooldown Check
Try to spin again with same email — should block
7. Cleanup Test Data
Delete test SpinResult & Lead records
Test data is created then deleted automatically. No real emails are sent to real users.
